Actually, I can tell I'm getting old b/c I have no desire to go out and get a plastic bracelet of any type. Precious metals and beads seem like a much better idea in wristwear, IMHO. 

Speaking of clothing items, you will appreciate the fact that I went out and bought *two* purses the other day. :)</description>

As far as I can tell from the pics and description, $20 for a bracelet like that assumes top of the line retail cost to the maker (since she also indicates they are made at cost).</description>
