I am totally impressed with you for taking this on. I think you're 100% right, though, that it's all about balance, eating sensibly, and exercising. I know that I'll feel better when I eat decently and get exercise, and it's ironic that these seem to be the first things to drop off my "to do" list when I start to get busy. Even though they're more important than plenty of other stuff I do. So, anyway, rock on!!! Let us know how it goes.... I have such a hard time following any food plan.
